InduQT Terms of Use
Kamna Ventures, LLC d/b/a InduQT · Last updated October 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of induqt.ai, InduQT IQ and our free diagnostic tools (the "Services"), provided by Kamna Ventures, LLC, doing business as InduQT. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.
1. Other agreements
InduQT IQ Enterprise and paid plans may be governed by an order form or licence agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, it takes precedence.
2. Business use
The Services are intended for businesses and their personnel, such as maintenance and engineering teams. You must be old enough to form a binding contract.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Free tools
Free tools are provided as available and may change, be limited or be withdrawn. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the Services.
5. Acceptable use
- Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload third-party manuals or documents in breach of their licence terms.
- Do not upload personal data about others unless necessary and lawful.
- Do not use the Services to control equipment, operate safety functions, or bypass safety devices.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Services, or use them to build a competing dataset.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit ("Customer Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and display it to provide and support the Services, and for the purposes in Section 6A.
6A. Data contribution and AI development
Unless you opt out, you also grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Customer Content, diagnoses and your corrections of them to develop, train, evaluate and improve our models, diagnostic rules and equipment knowledge, and to create de-identified and aggregated datasets, benchmarks and evaluation sets, which we may use, sell or license to third parties, including AI developers.
Before any dataset leaves InduQT we remove or obscure information that identifies people, organisations or sites, as described in Section 6A of the Privacy Policy. Equipment, alarm, fault and operating information is kept.
You can opt out at any time by emailing support@induqt.ai; for a business workspace the request must come from an administrator. The opt-out applies from when it takes effect and does not recall datasets or models created before it.
You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this licence for the content you upload. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share on these terms, such as material under a confidentiality obligation, unless you have opted out.
InduQT IQ Enterprise installations are governed by their licence agreement, and this section applies to them only if that agreement says so.
7. Diagnoses, safety and professional judgement
Diagnoses, explanations and Copilot answers are generated by AI from the information available and can be incomplete or wrong. They are decision support, not instructions. Decisions about inspection, repair, adjustment, reset or return to service are yours and must be made by qualified personnel following the manufacturer’s documentation, your site procedures and applicable codes. Never bypass a flame safeguard, limit, interlock or other safety device.
8. AI features and providers
Some features use third-party AI models. See the AI Transparency page for how they are used and supervised.
9. Manufacturer names and trademarks
Manufacturer and product names are used only to identify the equipment a page or diagnosis relates to. InduQT is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any equipment manufacturer unless we say so explicitly. All trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Plan changes and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period unless the order says otherwise.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Services, software and our content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms.
12. Feedback
If you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Services or other users, or as required by law.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services and all outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost production, equipment damage, downtime or lost profits arising from use of the Services or reliance on outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use only free features. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Alameda County, California, unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version with a new date. Material changes will be notified in advance where practical.
