What it checks
- High element or discharge temperature
- Pressure not reached or held
- Short cycling
- Motor overload trips
- Oil and separator problems
How it works
- Identify the machine from the nameplate or a photo of the control.
- Read the fault or alarm and look it up in the documentation for that model.
- Weigh the evidence you add (trends, logs, history) against each possible cause.
- Give you the ranked causes and the next check that separates them, with sources.
Questions
Which compressors does it cover?
Industrial rotary screw and piston compressors. HVAC and refrigeration compressors are not covered yet.
What data helps most?
Pressure, temperature and load/unload history around the event, plus the service history.
What does it cost?
The diagnostic is free.
InduQT gives guidance, not instructions to operate equipment. Work on fuel, pressure and electrical systems must be done by qualified personnel following the manufacturer's procedures and local codes. Never bypass a safety device or interlock.
