Add-on

Expert monitoring: our AI agents and our engineers, watching your machines.

No reliability engineer on site? InduQT’s AI agents watch every machine continuously, and our own engineers review what they find every business day and tell your team what to check.

InduQT expert monitoring is a remote condition-monitoring add-on: AI agents check every connected machine every two minutes and open a case when something changes, and InduQT’s engineers review every case each business day, confirm or dismiss it, and contact your team with the cause and the next check. It works with any sensors or data you connect, and in any country.

Tell us about your plant and we’ll get back to you within one business day to set a time.

How it works

1. AI agents watch continuously

Every two minutes InduQT checks every machine with fresh data. When a signal leaves its normal band, or the analytics see a machine drifting from its own normal, an agent opens a case with the likely cause and the next check.

2. Our engineers review every business day

InduQT’s own maintenance and reliability engineers go through every open case, run the deeper diagnosis against the machine’s manual, its history and your team’s past fixes, and throw out what is not a real problem.

3. Your team hears what to do

For anything real, an engineer contacts your named people by email, phone or messaging with what was found, how sure we are and what to check first, and follows the case until your team confirms the cause.

4. A monthly review

Once a month you get a short report: what was found, what was fixed, which machines are drifting and what to plan for at the next shutdown.

Why plants choose it

  • Your sensors, your data. No hardware to rent and return. Use any sensor, PLC or system you have, or the off-the-shelf sensors in our guides.
  • The whole machine, not just its bearings. Vibration, but also temperatures, pressures, flows, currents, cycles and process values, read together.
  • Your team stays in the loop. Everyone on your side can open the same cases, ask about them in Claude, and confirm the fixes that teach InduQT your plant.
  • Where you are. Remote, so it covers the Gulf, India, Greece, the UK and anywhere else.

What it is not

  • Not an emergency or safety service: keep your own alarms, trips and on-call arrangements.
  • Not a replacement for a full vibration analyser on your most critical machines; we tell you when one is worth bringing in.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the engineers?

InduQT’s own staff: experienced maintenance and reliability engineers who work alongside the AI agents. They are not a call centre and not a reseller’s team.

How quickly do you respond?

The AI agents check every two minutes, around the clock. Our engineers review new cases within one business day. This is not an emergency service; keep your own alarms and on-call arrangements for anything safety-critical.

Do we have to buy your sensors?

No. Expert monitoring works with whatever feeds InduQT: off-the-shelf sensors from our guides, your PLCs and DCS over OPC UA or Modbus, certified hazardous-area instruments through their gateway, or Excel history. You own the sensors and the data.

Which countries do you cover?

The service is remote, so anywhere: we work with plants in the Gulf, India, Greece, the UK and elsewhere.

How is it priced?

On request, by the number and type of machines. It is an add-on to a Fleet Starter, Plant Monitor or Enterprise plan.

How do your engineers see our data?

You invite them to your InduQT organisation, like any colleague, and can remove them at any time.
